Criminal Procedure in the USA

March 18-29, 2019, the European University Law Institute conducted another professional course in the criminal process, which was led by the American lawyer Martin Martinez (California).
The European University law students, as well as students of the Faculty of Law from different universities of Georgia, participated in the course.
Martin Martinez introduced Georgian students to the features of the US criminal justice process. Meetings were also held in a simulated courtroom, where students presented a practical course.
Certificates were awarded after successfully passing the test.
