Renowned American judge and lawyer conduct internationally certified training at European University
Renowned American judge Mark Spicer and criminal defense attorney Robert Trachtman conducted a training course on “The American Legal System and Criminal Procedure in the USA” at the European University on December 5 and 6.
The meeting was attended by both students of the "European University" and invited guests.
The training was conducted in a question-and-answer format. The participants were mainly interested in the careers of judges and lawyers and their professional experience.
After the training, the participants, along with the American guests, were presented with certificates by the Rector of the European University, Nino Taliashvili, and the Director of the Law Institute, Ioseb Kelenjeridze.
The guests held separate meetings with the leaders of the European University and discussed opportunities for cooperation with the university.
The judge and lawyer arrived in Georgia at the invitation of the European University Law Institute.
