Roin Khijakadze
Roin Khijakadze is a doctoral candidate at the European University of Law and Governance. His dissertation is titled “Reparation for Damage Caused by Conflicts in Georgia since the 1990s: The International Legal Responsibility of the Russian Federation and Enforcement Mechanisms.”
He has extensive experience in legal practice, representing clients before both national courts and the European Court of Human Rights. Throughout his career, he has held various positions of responsibility.
