Current issues of justice 2018
May 17, 2018, the European University Institute of Law organized the international scientific conference "Current issues of justice 2018". Invited judges from the USA presented reports at the conference:

Representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities and legal practitioners of Georgia participated in the conference. A discussion was held on continental and precedent legal systems, parallels were drawn between US and Georgian court practices, and achievements and challenges of Georgian justice were highlighted.
