A public lecture by Hans-Jürgen Zahorka, a former member of the European Parliament
On April 17, 2024, a public lecture by Hans-Jürgen Zahorka, a former member of the
European Parliament, editor-in-chief of the EU Foreign Affairs Journal (EUFAJ), lawyer
and senior lecturer, was held at the European University, organized by the Institute of
Law.
Within the framework of the lecture, Hans-Jürgen Zahorka spoke on the topic “Legal
Implications of “European Values” and the EU Accession of Georgia“.
The public lecture was attended by students of different faculties of the European
University, professors, and people interested in the mentioned topic.
The meeting was held in the format of a discussion. The attendees expressed their
opinions on the issues discussed during the lecture and received answers to the
questions that were interesting to them.
