The author elaborated on the innovations presented in the book. In modern democratic states, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are increasingly taking on a significant role daily. Consequently, within the institutional context of administrative law, it was necessary to explore the potential for establishing alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The monograph aims to present the practical need for the establishment of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in administrative disputes and, based on this, develops the perspective of using mediation, conciliation, and arbitration as mechanisms for resolving administrative disputes. In the field of Georgian administrative law, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms can be utilized as a supportive mechanism for the justice system. To achieve this goal, the need for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms was examined, the administrative disputes that could be considered through conciliation, mediation, and arbitration were defined, a proposal for the establishment of an alternative administrative dispute resolution program was presented, and the procedural aspects of considering administrative disputes through conciliation, mediation, and arbitration were determined.
The monograph may be used for educational purposes in the future, as with the increasing popularity of alternative mechanisms, there are rising expectations for their integration into academic disciplines. This monograph is the first step towards the development of research on alternative mechanisms in administrative law.
The presentation of the book was attended by experts in the field and other interested individuals.
